Overview

With over ten years of experience, Estelle is involved in all aspects of French and European competition law.

She has built her expertise at leading law firms, including White & Case, Mayer Brown, and Racine.

Estelle assists clients in obtaining regulatory approvals for their transactions, including merger control, foreign direct investments and foreign subsidies regulation. She also represents clients in cartel and abuse of dominance cases, whether in defense or as claimants, and helps structure strategic partnerships such as joint ventures and cooperation agreements.

Additionally, Estelle supports clients in designing and implementing their distribution networks (e.g., selective, franchise, exclusive), securing and strengthening their contracts, and handling commercial litigation (e.g., unfair competition, abrupt termination of commercial relationships, parasitism, damages claims, etc.).

She is ranked in the “Competition/Antitrust” category of the 2026 Best Lawyers – Ones to Watch and was recognized as a “Key Lawyer” at Racine in the 2025 edition of Legal 500.

Estelle collaborates with leading experts across all areas of law, both in France and internationally, to provide comprehensive and tailor-made legal support.

She holds degrees from Université Panthéon Assas, the Catholic University of Lille Faculty of Law, and EDHEC Business School (Grande École).

She is a member of the Association of Lawyers Practicing Competition Law (APDC) and the French Association for Competition Studies (AFEC).
